HMS Property Group vows to create strong relationships with each of our tenants.  This is why we manage the properties ourselves, viewing each individual living in our buildings as friends and family.   Our tenants can count on us when they need us – even after hours, and never need to worry about a third-party manager or being placed on a waiting list.  Our core management values are: attentiveness, prompt response times, and quality of service.

HMS Property Group began investing in South Side buildings in 2015, and continues to upgrade its properties for the benefit of the tenant.  As we grow and expand our local reach, we continue to uphold our core-values and mission.
